As leader and architect of this All-in-One suite, I have designed a platform that transforms chaotic ideas into executable roadmaps.

• The Product: A comprehensive solution that centralises the Innovation Backlog, strategic prioritisation and agile project management.
• Tech Value: Modular architecture designed to scale, enabling organisations to manage the complete product lifecycle without friction between departments.
  
  

Aplantida: AI Applied to Ethnobotany

A personal project with a global purpose. I developed and trained a Machine Learning (Computer Vision) model for the identification of medicinal and edible plants, returning to the community access to the "natural pharmacy" through accessible technology.

Transformation and Scale Milestones

Cymit Química: From Fragmentation to Exit (2M€ to 4M€)

As CEO, I led the transition of a traditional company to a high-performance digital platform, culminating in the acquisition by PALEX Group.

• System Unification: I consolidated the technical chaos (EuroWin, Access, ad-hoc CRM) into a single efficient architecture on Odoo.
• Data Engineering: I developed Crawling & Scraping systems to dynamically manage over 2 million references, automating data ingestion from heterogeneous sources.
• Leadership and Culture: I scaled the technical team from 1 to 5 specialists (including QA, Front and Backend), establishing solid development methodologies.

Rehabmedic: Resilience and Organic Growth

Responsible for technical strategy, ensuring the continuity of a critical business in the healthcare sector.

• Venture Building (Alquiler Rehabmedic): I led and programmed 100% of this new business unit under Odoo Multi-web. Through an architecture based on Schema.org, we achieved Top 3 on Google (Organic SEO) in just 2 months.
• Infrastructure: I implemented high-availability systems with Postgres Live replicas and proactive observability via Telegram Bots, ensuring stability against traffic spikes and network blocks.
• Critical Migration: I executed the transition from legacy systems (Navision and Magento) to a modern, unified ecosystem.
