skanndar is not liable for any misuse of the content or for the operation of linked third-party sites. We strive to keep the information accurate and up to date.

5. Data protection (GDPR)

  • Purpose: to handle requests sent through the contact form, the website chat or WhatsApp, and to manage the business relationship (CRM).

  • Data processors: providers that process data on behalf of skanndar are involved: Contabo GmbH (server hosting, in the European Union), OVH (email) and OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States), which processes the text of messages when the AI assistant drafts a reply in the web chat or on WhatsApp; the latter involves an international data transfer. WhatsApp conversations are carried over Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Requests from public authorities: every request for data is reviewed for lawfulness, only the minimum information strictly necessary is disclosed, and the request and the response given are documented.
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to skanndar@skanndar.top. You may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
